We customize the perforated lines to be longer for better tear; We leave a 1 cm between perforated line and seal to prevent leakage; We also pre-cut a small center line for easy tearing for customers and also ready just in case you may use the roll with a pre-tear device.

1. Typical Produce Bags are 11 x 14, 12 x 17, 12 x 19 and thickness from 9 to 14 microns.
2. We custom produce plain and printed bags in rolls on order only; Custom orders requires a minimum of 4 pallets or between 240 to 300 ctns or 960 to 1200 rolls; No plate cost.
3. For long term orders, we will prepare an actual printed prototype samples of the bag for customer's reference and record before mass production. No charge for any change of designs.
4. Our Art Design Dept can assist customers with the design of the bag at no charge; Email us with any questions.
