7. We finalize a SUPPLY CONTRACT
with specific delivery schedule.
8. PACK-USA will assist you with any changes/label edit, etc. so no worry for you during the contract term.
9. We stock and ship the bottles, you pay monthly for qty received; We will renegotiate and renew the contract 2-3 months before the term ends

3. If price is within your acceptable range, we will proceed to the next step
4. Next we design and make a few PROTOTYPE samples for your checking and TEST PRODUCTION.
5. If the prototypes and test production are good, we'll discuss the PRODUCTION AND SUPPLY plan workable for you.
6. If label is needed, we'll quote and make for your testing and agreement

| 1. We take your products seriously and will assign various staff to study your products to properly, safely determine, select the MATERIAL, CAP, COATINGS and DESIGN of the bottle with our own designer. NDA doc also signed at this time. | 2. A PROPOSED PRICE ESTIMATE for all key items in the production is provided so you can compare both the prices for all the key steps. You will be well-informed and plan your work accordingly | 3. If the prices and details are acceptable, we proceed to make a CAD technical drawing for your bottle(s), This CAD drawing include cap, neck threads, curves, bottom, thickness and label area and label dimentions | 4. Once CAD drawing is accepted, next, we will make btwn 4-10 prototype bottles (no caps) for your testing. If necessary, we'll redraw and make a new prototypes for more testing until you a prototype is satisfied for production | 5. At this time, we will assist you with the design and production of a LABEL. Artwork can be done by us or by your own designer. But we will help to select the right material, glue, etc |

| 6. For bottles, some ACTUAL PRINTED LABEL qty from 10-20 ea for testing should be made. LABEL must be perfectly sized to with all details to be approved by FDA (if applicable) - we cannot proceed until approved. | 7. A PROPOSED PRICE QUOTE for the bottle will be prepared, discussed and provided to customers to be finalized and signed before'we proceed to the next step. If it is a ONE-TIME ORDER, we skip Step 8. | 8. If it is a SUPPLY CONTRACT is preferred, the details of this Contract is now prepared to include SHIPPING, PAYMENT, CREDIT, OTHER SERVICES etc between parties.
